Welcome to The Four Oaks Medical Centre

The practice was established in the 1920’s and has greatly expanded over the last 80 years encompassing all aspects of medical care. We are part of NHS South Birmingham Primary Care Trust and aim to provide the highest possible level of care for our patients. In 1999 we became a Primary Care Beacon for our work with diabetic patients.

We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Access

There is full disabled access, with free parking in reserved spaces in the adjacent council car park. There are disabled toilet facilities located on the ground floor and a lift to the surgery which is located on the first floor.
