Home Visits

homevisitsWe will arrange a home visit for those patients who are too ill to attend the surgery.

Please call 0121 308 8003 before 10.00am for visits unless a genuine emergency arises (N.B. most children with temperatures can be safely brought to the surgery).

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.

Telephone Advice

The doctors & nurses can be contacted during surgery hours for advice on the telephone when you do not think an appointment is necessary. If the doctor / nurse is unable to speak to you straight away, they will call you back a little later on the telephone number that the receptionist will ask you for. If your need is urgent, you will be put through straight away.
